DAY 01

In the afternoon at around 4 pm, we shall transfer from your designated place to Sadarghat to board the rocket steamer (paddle steamer) for the unique journey through one of the world’s largest delta of the planet. As per present schedule, this boat leaves Sadarghat at 6:30 pm and operates 6 days a week to Morrelgonj. Because of the fact that this service is operated by a Government agency, we can not expect any level of professionalism, which may create unexpected problems like getting a ticket. Also because of the bad traffic condition we prefer to start this transfer earlier. We shall accommodate you in the 1st class cabin normally having 2 beds, a/c, and attached toilet. The meals will be available upon payment.

DAY 02

After cruising the whole day the boat will arrive at Morrelgonj in the afternoon around 03:30 pm, where our representative shall receive and transfer you to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 03

After breakfast at around 9 am you will have sightseeing trip to Bagerhat to visit the sixty dome mosque and other nearby old sites of interest. Later you will be transferred to Jessore Airport to take the domestic flight back to Dhaka.

Sundarbans Magical Mangroves

Sundarbans Magical MangrovesThe Sundarbans Forest is a diverse and complex ecosystem, influenced by fresh-water inflow, proximity to the Bay of Bengal and human activities. In the southeastern part, the biodiversity is highest. Due to open sea-facing meadows, wildlife visibility is best here. Therefore most of our tours visit Katka and Kochikhali in the South East Sanctuary.   Read more
